What Our Patients Say
Omega Dental holds a 4.6-star rating from our Houston patients. The thing they mention most is not the technology, it is feeling genuinely cared for, especially patients who used to dread the dentist.
Book a consultationWhy patients choose Omega
Across reviews the themes repeat: gentle, unhurried care; honest treatment plans with no upselling; a calm, modern office; and staff who are good with anxious patients. Your care is handled by a group of specialists rather than one general dentist, and it shows in the results patients write about.
Read our reviews on Google
The best place to see unfiltered patient experiences is our Google profile, where the full set of reviews lives. You can read them all there and see our current rating in real time.
Leave a review
If we have cared for you, a few words on Google genuinely helps other Houston patients decide with confidence, and it helps us keep improving. It takes a minute and means a lot.
Our commitment
We read every review, the glowing ones and the critical ones. If your experience was anything less than excellent, we want to hear it directly: call (713) 322-7474 and ask for the office manager.
How to read dental reviews critically
Reviews are useful, and they reward a little skepticism. Weight recent ones more heavily, since staff, equipment, and systems change over the years. Look for reviews that describe an actual procedure rather than only the parking or the paperwork, because those tell you something about the clinical work. Watch for patterns rather than outliers. One unhappy person tells you about one day, while ten people describing the same strength, or the same friction, tell you about the practice. Read the critical reviews on purpose, and read how the office replied to them. A defensive reply is information. So is a specific, non-generic one. Then notice whether anyone is writing about the kind of care you actually need. A practice can be strong on routine care and still be the wrong fit for a full-arch case, so look for patients whose situation resembles yours before you decide what a rating means for you.
What a review cannot tell you
No review can tell you whether a particular treatment plan is right for your mouth. Two people can leave the same office equally satisfied having received completely different care, and the plan that suited one of them may not suit you. Reviews also cannot tell you what the alternatives were, what a second opinion would have said, or what the case looked like on a scan. That is what a consultation is for. Bring your questions, ask what happens if you do nothing for now, ask what the second-best option is and why it came second, and ask for the plan in writing so you can read it at home without anyone watching. Getting another opinion on a large case is normal, and nobody here takes it personally. A practice that is comfortable being compared is telling you something a star rating cannot.
The specialists patients are writing about
Reviews here are written about a group of specialists rather than one general dentist. Oral and maxillofacial surgery is handled by Dr. Rosenstein and Dr. Watkins. Root canal treatment goes to our endodontists, Dr. Bohluli and Dr. Terrany. Gum treatment and implant-site work is with our periodontist, Dr. Farhadian. Braces and clear aligners are planned by our orthodontist, Dr. Boback. Cosmetic and general dentistry is with Dr. Melamed and Dr. Khobyari. That structure is often what patients are describing when they write that they were not bounced between offices. If your case touches two or three of those areas, the people involved work down the same hallway and can look at your imaging together. When you call to book, you can ask for the specialist whose name you read about, or simply describe the problem and let the front desk point you to the right one.
What a first visit actually looks like
If the reviews are what brought you here, it helps to know what you are walking into. A first visit starts with a short medical history and a conversation about what is bothering you, followed by an exam and whatever imaging your case calls for, which for surgical or implant planning usually means a 3D CBCT scan. You will see your own images on the screen and hear what they show in plain language rather than in shorthand. From there you get your options, including the option of waiting, plus a written quote with your insurance benefits already verified. Nobody will ask you to decide in the chair. If you are anxious, say so at the front desk when you arrive and again to whoever seats you. It changes how the appointment is paced and how much gets explained before it happens, and it is a normal thing to ask for.
See for yourself
The fair test of any of this is a visit. We are at 106 W Gray Street in Midtown Houston, open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with parking on site. New patients, second opinions, and emergencies are all welcome, and consultations for implant and surgical cases include a review of your imaging with the specialist who would treat you. If cost is the thing standing in the way, say that early rather than late. We verify your dental benefits before treatment starts, we offer an in-house membership plan for patients without dental coverage, and we work with Cherry, Affirm, and Sunbit when you would rather pay monthly. Call (713) 322-7474 or book online. If something about your visit is not right, tell us while you are still in the building so we can address it that day.
