Cost shouldn't be the reason you delay care
We work with the leading dental financing partners and accept most major insurance plans. Financing is for qualifying applicants, subject to the lender's approval.
How paying for care works here
Money is the part most people are quietest about, so we put it first. Before you agree to anything, you get a written treatment plan that lists each procedure, what your insurance is expected to pay, and what would be left for you. Nothing gets scheduled off a number someone said out loud.
If that remaining balance is more than you want to pay at once, you have three financing partners to choose from: Cherry, Affirm, and Sunbit. All three let you check your options at the front desk, or from your phone before you come in, and see the real terms you are offered. Checking commits you to nothing.
If none of them fit, say so. There is often a way to stage treatment so the urgent work happens now and the elective part waits until it suits your budget.
Cherry: monthly plans starting at 0% APR
Cherry was built for medical and dental practices, and it is the option many of our patients land on. Plans start at 0% APR for qualifying applicants, with the rate and the length of the term depending on the amount financed and what you qualify for.
You enter basic information, get your available plans back, and pick the monthly payment that works for you. You can check while you are still sitting in the consultation room, so you know where you stand on payment before you leave.
Cherry tends to suit larger cases, the kind spread across several visits, because the whole plan is financed at once instead of being paid for piece by piece as you go.
Affirm: pay over time with the terms shown up front
Affirm splits the cost of treatment into fixed monthly payments, with plans starting at 0% APR for those who qualify. What patients tend to like about Affirm is that the terms are laid out plainly before you accept: the monthly amount, the number of payments, and the total, with no compounding interest and no late fees stacked on top.
Many people already have an Affirm account from other purchases, which makes checkout at our front desk quick.
If you are weighing Affirm against Cherry, the honest answer is to check both. They underwrite differently, so it is common to be offered better terms by one than by the other.
Sunbit: built for everyday costs
Sunbit is worth a look if you have been turned down for financing before.
Sunbit was designed around everyday costs rather than large loans, which makes it a reasonable fit for a single crown, an extraction, a whitening visit, or the portion your insurance did not cover. You can apply from your phone.
We cannot promise any particular result, because the decision belongs to Sunbit and not to us. What we can tell you is that patients who assumed they would not qualify anywhere are often surprised, so it is worth asking.
The Omega membership plan, $199 a year
If you do not have dental insurance, our in-house membership plan is often the simpler answer. It is $199 a year, paid directly to us, with no insurance company in the middle. That means no deductible to meet first, no annual maximum to run out of, no waiting period before you can use it, and no claim forms.
The plan is built around keeping up with your routine care: it covers two cleanings, exams and X-rays, and takes 15% off our published fees for fillings, crowns, bridges, gum treatment, cosmetic work, implants and oral surgery. Root canals, orthodontics and dentures are not included. We give you the full list of what is included in writing before you join, so you can hold it up against what you actually spend at the dentist in a normal year.
It usually makes the most sense for self-employed patients, retirees who have lost employer coverage, and families paying out of pocket. Call (713) 322-7474 and we will walk you through it.
Insurance and financing are not an either or choice
Most patients use both. We file most major PPO plans, and we verify your benefits with your insurer before treatment, so the estimate you are handed already has your insurance subtracted from it. Financing then covers whatever is left, which is usually a much smaller number than people brace themselves for when they first hear a total.
A few things are worth knowing. Most plans carry an annual maximum, and once you reach it the rest of the year is out of pocket, so timing larger treatment across two benefit years can save real money. Orthodontic coverage is often a separate lifetime benefit rather than part of that annual maximum. And if your plan is out of network with us, it frequently still pays a meaningful share.
We check all of it for you at no charge, before you decide anything. Call (713) 322-7474 or book online.

Frequently asked
Do you take my dental insurance?
Bring your card and we will check. We file claims for most PPO dental plans, and what your particular plan pays depends on the policy rather than on us. Before treatment begins we contact your insurer, confirm your benefit, and give you your out of pocket share in writing. If you have no insurance, our in-house membership plan is $199 a year and covers exams, cleanings and X rays, and Cherry, Affirm and Sunbit spread the balance monthly.
How does dental financing work?
We partner with Cherry, Affirm and Sunbit. You check your options from your phone or at our front desk, see the monthly payment and the total before you accept, and choose a plan. Plans start at 0% APR for qualifying applicants, subject to the lender's approval. There is no application fee.
What if I don't have insurance?
Two good options. The Annual Membership Plan is $199 a year: it covers two cleanings, exams and X-rays, and takes 15% off our published fees for fillings, crowns, bridges, gum treatment, cosmetic work, implants and oral surgery. Or spread the cost monthly through Cherry, Affirm or Sunbit, for qualifying applicants, subject to the lender's approval.
