Call Center Agent Job Duties:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

We are looking for professional, focused and highly organized call center agents or front desk receptionists with the ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English to join our very busy call center team in our well established and growing dental practices.
Job Description:
- Self-motivated learner, with positive attitude, sense of optimism, ownership and commitment
- Your goal is to place 200 to 300 calls per day.
- Properly greet callers, collect and or provide information based on purpose of call and script requirements.
- Conduct outreach calls, and general outbound calling, contact leads and setup appointments
- Assist callers/patients as needed, find solutions to questions, and provide amazing contract experience
- Handle all aspects of patient appointment scheduling and referrals
- Ability to understand basic health care industry terms
- Ability to handle multiple incoming callers/patients, tasks and responsibilities.
- Respond to customer via text, emails, Facebook messenger, Instagram DM & Other Online chats.
- Complete any required data entry, call logging and generating daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile
- Frequently attend online educational seminars and workshops to enhance your knowledge and technical performance level
Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual ( Spanish )
- Must have 1 year of Dental or Medical Office experience
- Previous 1 year experience as a call center representative or front desk receptionist is a big plus
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and articulate phone voice.
- Must be Fast learner and have desire to teach, train and support others
- Dental experience or clinical office support experience highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written grammar skills
- Previous experience working with CRM and lead management softwares is a plus
- Experience working with Patient Management Software such as Dentrix is a big plus
- High School Diploma/GED is required. Higher degrees are preferred.

Omega Dental Specialists is seeking an energetic and professional Dental Assistants to join our team. We provide high-quality dental care and an exceptional experience for our patients.

Job Duties & Requirements:
Assist Dentist with all procedures (Extractions, surgery, implants, fillings, crowns, etc.)
Make temporary crowns
Take alginate impressions and pour/trim stone models
Sterilize instruments
Prepare treatment rooms
Greet patients with a smile
Record medical history for each patient
Perform digital X-rays on patients (Panoramic, Bitewings, Periapicals)
Digital intraoral photography
Chart existing and recommended treatment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Education & Background Requirements:
1yr experience (preferred, will train the right person)
RDA License (required)
Current CPR certification (required)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Knowledge of Dentrix software (preferred)
